A: After completing SIM registration in store and collecting your SIM card, you may activate it online by following the instructions on the page. Please enter: - Your mobile number - The serial number on the back of your physical SIM card (above the barcode), or the serial number in your eSIM email.

A: The 30-day validity starts from the date of successful activation.

A: This plan does not include out-of-bundle services. Once your bundled data, calls, or SMS are fully used, the relevant service will stop automatically and no-contract monthly plan. If you later obtain a valid Singapore long-term pass, you may switch your number to a no-contract monthly plan. You may also purchase a new SIM card using your original passport, but your mobile number may be different.

A: No. The 30-Day Starter SIM is a fixed 30-day product and cannot be renewed. Service will end automatically upon expiry.

A: If you obtain a valid long-term pass within 30 days after activation, you may apply online at cuniq.sg to switch to a postpaid plan. Once approved, you can continue using the same number.

A: Please apply for a postpaid plan at cuniq.sg within the 30-day validity period and complete the identity verification as instructed on the page. We recommend applying early to avoid service termination after expiry.

A: Your 30-Day Starter SIM will be terminated automatically at the end of the validity period, and the number can no longer be used.

A: No. The 30-Day Starter SIM currently supports only switching to a CUniq SG postpaid plan. Number porting to another operator is not supported.
